The South African Local Government Association Supply Chain Management (SCM) Portal is a central digital platform designed to support transparent, fair, and efficient procurement processes across local government.

This portal provides suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders with seamless access to procurement opportunities, supplier registration, and bid submission processes, in alignment with the regulatory framework of the National Treasury of South Africa and applicable SCM policies.
