The following evaluation criteria will apply for the procurement of goods, and or services with an amount of R30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Rand) and above, VAT inclusive, preferential procurement in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act,2000 (Act No 5 of 2000)- Click here to download the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000.
The following evaluation criteria will apply as from the 07 December 2011 for the procurement of goods, and or services with an amount of R30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Rand) and above, VAT inclusive, preferential procurement in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act,2000 (Act No 5 of 2000) and Preferential Procurement Regulations,2011 will apply.
